Welcome to our January 2021 Newsletter.
We are pleased to announce that we recently received valuable support from the three levels of government, which enabled Rendez-Vous Estates to meet major construction financing conditions. We are very confident we will have shovel in the ground by Spring 2021. Occupancy will be ready by Spring/Summer 2022.
Our Project Management team is in the process of confirming and finalizing all the details of the project before we proceed to signing the financing and construction contracts. This may take a few weeks.

A crucial financing condition imposed on our Steering Committee is to have 26 suites sold before construction can proceed. Sales are currently short by a few suites. Membership Share Purchase
At the Co-op’s request, Caisse Financial Group in Lorette, developed specifically for our residents, a financial package to facilitate the purchase of a Membership Share: A Take Out Equity Mortgage for residents who wish to use the equity of their home for the purchase of their Co-op Membership Share, along with other benefits. No payment required to a maximum of 20 months; only a lump sum payment upon receipt of sale proceeds from the sale of your house.
